# SUBMITTING CASES TO US

We work with YourviewDr.com as our platform to submit cases. The process is simple and set up usually on takes a few minutes. Follow the steps below to complete the process.

Complete our New Client Form

Once we've received your completed new client form, a member of our team will follow up with your hospital's log-in information and videos on how to upload your first case. We've included a couple of videos below so you can see how our platform works.
